    Background

    The Flowergram and Flowersdirect relay services joined forces on the 1st May 2007, enabling both networks to benefit from the combined strengths of ‘The Group’. Flowergram relay service was established in 1988 by the Dimmock family, with flowersdirect relay service being launched just 4 years ago in September 2003.

    The Flowergram network boasts around 1000 highly skilled member florist shops throughout the UK and Ireland and is dedicated to providing the best possible service for its customers, member florists and international partners. What ever the occasion Flowergram have a reputation for offering the very highest standards of both quality and service.

    Running two Relay companies from Head Office will give greater flexibility and resilience throughout the business helping to ensure you get the very best service possible.

    The company's mission is the continued association of the Flowergram name with quality, value for money and exceptional customer service. With the ability to send beautifully designed flowers and gifts both efficiently and reliably, just one of the many reasons why our customers use us time and time again.

    Awards

    Flowergram has a policy of ongoing investment as part of its commitment to Customer Service. In 2002, as recognition for its easy to use website, Flowergram was awarded the West Midlands regional winner of the UK Online for Business E-Commerce Awards. And in 2003, was short-listed for it's in-house Customer Contact Centre facility.
